About these prices
The spot price is what pure gold trades for on world markets for immediate delivery. It is quoted in US dollars per troy ounce (31.1 grams), and every country's gold price starts from it. The karat figures scale it by each karat's gold content, and the rupee figures convert them at today's US dollar rate.
These are global market prices, before import duty, taxes and making charges. They are not Raththran's buying or selling rates, which are set in the showroom each day.
